1. Information we receive
When you interact with the bot, Telegram may provide your Telegram user ID and chat ID, username, first and last name (if available), messages, button selections, and membership status needed to respond and operate the service. We use search text to find titles. If you submit a movie or series request, we store the requested title, its status, and the Telegram account associated with that request.

When the bot sends media, limited delivery details such as chat and message IDs may be kept temporarily so the bot can remove the delivered message on schedule. The guide Mini App itself is a static guide and does not ask you to create an account or submit personal details.

2. How we use information
We use information to provide bot features, browse and search the catalog, receive and manage title requests, verify required channel membership, send requested content or replies, prevent abuse, maintain security, and troubleshoot service issues. Bot administrators may review a request so they can process it.

3. Storage and retention
Bot account details and request records are stored in the service’s backend database. We do not have a published fixed deletion period for those records; they may be kept for as long as needed to operate the bot, administer requests, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. Some delivered Telegram messages may be scheduled for automatic deletion. Deletion can be delayed or fail because of Telegram or technical limitations, and deleting a bot message does not remove copies you saved or forwarded.

4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Telegram to operate bot conversations, by Cloudflare and other hosting or database providers that support the service, and by authorized YGN TV administrators who handle requests or support. A title request and the associated Telegram chat identifier may be sent to administrators for processing. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Website technologies
This guide site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It loads the Telegram Web App SDK and Google Fonts from their providers. Those providers may receive standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser request details, when your device loads their resources. The guide does not currently use its own advertising cookies or analytics tracker.

6. Your choices and requests
You can stop using the bot or block it in Telegram. You can also contact us through the YGN TV Telegram bot to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your account. We may need to verify your Telegram account before responding. Some records may need to be retained for security, operational, or legal reasons.

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
